What this page is
This page records the comparison we plan to run. The title describes the intended final experiment, but the pipeline has not yet been built in either product for this test. There is no winner, score, recommendation, or first-hand finding yet.
Publishing the plan before the result creates a useful constraint: the comparison criteria cannot quietly change to favor whichever tool performs better.
The scenario we will use
We will create the same fictional residential-sales workflow in each CRM. The pipeline will cover:
- New inquiry captured with source, property interest, budget, and timing.
- Lead qualification and next-action scheduling.
- Viewing coordination with tasks and reminders.
- Offer tracking, negotiation notes, and document handoff.
- Won/lost reporting and follow-up after close.
No real client data will be used. Test records will be synthetic and clearly labeled.

How quickly an agent can find context and record the next action. - Automation
What can be automated safely without hiding important work. - Mobile workflow
How practical common tasks are away from a desk. - Reporting
Visibility into lead flow, stalled deals, and outcomes. - Cost clarity
The plan and add-ons required for the tested workflow.
Evidence we intend to capture
The completed article should include setup notes, reproducible steps, screenshots where licensing permits, limitations, test dates, plan names, and the exact criteria used for any score. Pricing and product capabilities will be checked again close to publication because they change.
What will not count as testing
Marketing pages, vendor demos, third-party summaries, and feature checklists can inform what to examine, but they will not be presented as first-hand use. If access limits prevent a criterion from being tested, the article will say so instead of filling the gap with an assumption.
Publication gate
The status will change from Testing planned only after hands-on work begins. A verdict will be published only after both products have been tested against the same scenario and the notes have been checked for unsupported claims.
