Small real-estate businesses face a peculiar software problem: most tools can do far more than they need, while the important question is whether a tool helps someone follow up consistently without creating a second job in system administration.
Stackorix is being built to answer that narrower question. Coverage starts with the workflows surrounding a real-estate pipeline and expands only when there is a clear audience need and a testable method.
What “tested” means here
A tested label is reserved for hands-on work against a stated scenario. Vendor pages and third-party sources may provide context, but they are not first-hand evidence. Planned work stays labeled as planned. Incomplete work stays labeled as in testing.
Meet Ivor Nicholaus
Ivor Nicholaus is the Tanzania-based founder and independent publisher of Stackorix. He created the publication around a simple frustration: software recommendations are easy to publish, but much harder to trust when the workflow, evidence, and limits remain invisible.
Ivor’s role is to make the work visible. For every Stackorix test, that means defining the real-estate scenario first, separating vendor claims from hands-on observations, recording what could not be verified, and withholding a verdict until the evidence supports one.
Stackorix is still at the beginning of that process. Ivor is building its standards in public, so planned tests are labelled as planned, unanswered questions stay unanswered, and the publication can earn trust one documented workflow at a time.
